Do 2-piece / 3-piece wheels leak air over time? What are your assembly process standards?
The joint surfaces of 2-piece and 3-piece wheels are precision CNC milled, paired with anti-aging sealant and high-strength anti-loosening bolts. All wheels pass air tightness testing before delivery. Air leakage rarely occurs under normal driving; we recommend rechecking bolt torque every 1–2 years. -
What are the actual advantages of forged wheels compared with factory cast wheels? Is there any performance improvement for EV modification?
Forged wheels weigh less at identical sizes, reducing unsprung mass for sharper steering and better brake heat dissipation. When fitted to EVs, they cut rolling resistance to optimize power consumption and driving range. Forged wheels feature far superior deformation resistance than cast wheels, perfectly suited for high-torque vehicles. -

For daily commuting, track driving and lightweight priority: pick 1-piece wheels. Integrated molding delivers maximum rigidity, low air leakage risk and easy maintenance. For two-tone finishes and low-stance look: choose 2-piece wheels; the outer rim can be replaced separately if curbed. For ultra-wide widths and multi-layer two-tone custom builds: select 3-piece wheels with the most flexible styling options. 3-piece designs are ideal for urban stance builds but not recommended for long-term heavy off-road use. -
What raw material do you use for wheels? Do you use recycled aluminum?
All wheels are forged from brand-new 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum ingots, with no recycled scrap aluminum adopted. Material test reports are available upon raw material delivery. The blanks are formed via 10,000-ton forging followed by heat treatment, delivering dense metal structure with qualified strength and toughness to eliminate hidden risks caused by inferior materials.
